Standard items are processed in 1–3 business days; handmade or semi-custom items need 3–5 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping is estimated at 7–12 business days. Can I return my bracelet?

Eligible regular-priced items may be returned by requesting a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale; customized or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. Customers pay return shipping.
